The Concept of Forced Electronic Auction and Its Organisation
  1. Forced Electronic Auction means the process of trading via electronic systems (hereafter referred to as "the System") on the official auction web site of the Compulsory Enforcement Service (hereafter referred to as "the website"), which is organised and carried out by the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with the writ of execution.
  2. Unless specified otherwise by the Law, any piece of movable or real property, including the property rights, can become a lot at a forced electronic auction.
  3. The public notice on the forced electronic auction shall be posted on the website at the working hours.
  4. The decision of the compulsory enforcement officer on carrying out a forced electronic auction shall be sent to the debtor and the creditor within ten days after publication of the notification.
  5. Those who wish to participate in the forced electronic auction shall deposit a bid security in the amount of 5% of the starting price of the lot, by freezing the required amount on an electronic plastic card, or by making the payment in cash at the cash-box of the Service, or by making a bank transfer on the deposit account of the Service, and shall register in the System, following the deadlines and procedures specified in the website. The procedures for giving a public notice on a forced electronic auction and for registration of the participants shall be defined by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
  6. The lot may be withdrawn from the Auction in cases specified by Law.
