The Compulsory Enforcement Service returned 26 million AMD to the state budget, saved from the budgetary funds provided to the Service for 2018. Approximately 230 million AMD were saved from the means of the fund of the Service for material incentives and development of the system.
It should be noted that in 2018, 1.356.758.000 AMD was provided to the Service from the state budget, 84% of which are wages and payments equivalent to it.
By the Decision of the Government 136-N from 15 February 2018, the annual estimate of the fund of the Service for material incentives and development of the system was 1.780.514.100 AMD, from which 42% was the wages fund. Moreover, in 2018, the Service paid 142 million AMD from the fund for material incentives and development of the system to compensate for damages previously caused to businesses and individuals as a result of administration, recognized as an illegal by judicial and administrative procedure.
As of 01/01/2019, the Service has no obligations.
