Today the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Hakob Hakobyan has conducted a working meeting with the staff of Inspection and Analytical Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
During the invited consultation, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer referred to the results of investigated enforcement proceedings by the Department, inspections carried out in various departments of the Service, as well as the results of official investigations.
Hakob Hakobyan stressed that the work done by the Department has an important role in terms of smooth provision of the Service’s activity. Taking into account the fact that one of the Department’s functions is to answer to applications, letters and complaints of citizens, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer assigned the staff of the Department to change the process of answering to applications from now on and to provide more detailed, clear and exhaustive answer within the law to the application or letter of the citizen.
The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer assigned Levon Balyan, the Head of Inspection and Analytical Department, while carrying out the functions of the department, to strengthen the control over official investigations, in the same time providing objective, detailed and targeted analysis in the framework of each inspection. Hakob Hakobyan highlighted that from the activity of the Department maximum quick revelation of causes and the conditions favouring disciplinary violations highly depended, in order to exclude any possible violation further.
