Today the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Hakob Hakobyan has conducted a working meeting with the participation of the managerial staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
According to the agenda, the heads of departments presented reports on the works done by their departments during the past month.
Particularly, the head of Inspection and Analytical Department submitted a summary report on the volume of levies of execution, as well as on instituted, closed and stricken out of enforcement proceedings by the departments both on the monthly basis and on the previous reporting year.
Presentations were also made by those heads of departments who received instructions at the last working meeting.
Summarizing the reports, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia mentioned that the current and last statistics showed that the volume of levies of execution, as well as the number of received calls by the hotline service had increased. The latter was conditioned by the fact of amnesty of several administrative acts, as the citizens wanted to get information on the enforcement proceeding instituted against them. The head of the Service mentioned also that the decrease in the number of application-complaints was conditioned by the consistent work of the Service that should be continuous.
Then Hakob Hakobyan instructed the head of the authorized department to provide a daily report on the process of stricken-out enforcement proceedings under the amnesty and on the balance of the last.
During the working meeting a number of issues related to various enforcement proceedings were also discussed, on which respective instructions were given by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia.
