The court has recognized and declared innocence of the compulsory enforcement officer  2018-05-22 11:34

     The Compulsory Enforcement Service hereby informs that according to the verdict of 28 March 2018, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Marz has recognized and declared innocence of Eduard Karakhanyan, Head of Artik-Maralik Territorial Division of Shirak Marz Department, on the basis of the absence of corpus delicti in his action. The court has justified Eduard Karakhanyan, who was accused of Part 1, Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Earlier a message was circulated in mass media, according to which, by a citizen's application, the compulsory enforcement officer had committed an official forgery for personal reasons, after which the citizen’s apartment was presented to forced electronic auction instead of movable property.
