The court has recognized and declared innocence of compulsory enforcement officers  2017-12-21 11:11

    The Compulsory Enforcement Service hereby informs that according to the verdict of January 31, 2017, the Court of General Jurisdiction of First Instance of the administrative districts of Erebuni and Nubarashen of the city of Yerevan has recognized and declared innocence and, thus, justified Gagik Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of Compulsory Enforcement Operations Department, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice, and Karen Militonyan, Chief Adviser of the same department, Major of Justice, who were  accused of Part 1, Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Later, by the decision of 18 October of this year, the Criminal Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia has left unchanged the above-mentioned verdict rejecting the prosecutor's appeal and the judicial act has entered into legal force.
