Armen Harutyunyan has conducted a working consultation on issues relating to enforcement proceedings of child alimonies and child visits  2017-05-23 14:38

   Today, on May 23, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice Armen Harutyunyan has held a working consultation in the Compulsory Enforcement Service, with participation of the Deputy Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, the Adviser to the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia and several heads of departments of the central body of the Service, Yerevan city and regional departments.
 
The agenda of the working meeting included a number of issues arising from enforcement proceedings of a child alimony and child visits, to extradition of a child from one parent to another, as well as other questions emerging in the process of compulsory enforcement actions.
  
A report has been done to Armen Harutyunyan on the results of the implemented works by the working group established not long ago by the order of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, that provides necessary consultation and professional assistance for the above mentioned enforcement proceedings, as well as has the goal of guaranteeing the same law enforcement practice in the framework of those enforcement proceedings.
  
Armen Harutyunyan has highlighted that the involvement of psychologists in enforcement proceedings requiring such a complex and delicate solution definitely gives its positive results. This process will be continuous, at the same time ensuring complete guarantees of the rights and interests of enforcement proceedings’ parties.
  
Several issues in law enforcement practice have also been discussed during the meeting, for implementation of which the improvement of the current legislation is required. The practical possible mechanisms of solving these problems have also been suggested during the consultation.
  
At the end of the meeting the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia gave assignments to the heads of relevant departments of the Service.
