Today, on April 10, Armen Harutyunyan, Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, has conducted a working consultation with the participation of the managerial staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
During the regular working consultation reports have been done to the Head of the Service on given and already implemented assignments, as well as statistics was summarised on instituted, closed and stricken out enforcement proceedings of March, 2017. Reports on the volume of levies of execution, comparing with the same period of previous year, and the first trimester, were also made.
In the framework of the working consultation the results of inspection, done in Yerevan City departments of the Service from March 1 to March 20 by the order of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of RA, were also reported. Armen Harutyunyan ordered to eliminate all the omissions and shortcomings in a short term and to report on the results of the implemented work during the next working consultation.
The Head of the Service was presented also the quantity and content of calls received by the Hotline of the Service. In particular, during the reporting period, 90 percent of the received calls referred to getting of information, other calls related to different issues on enforcement proceedings. With regard to the presented report, Armen Harutyunyan informed the heads of the departments that a special information booklet had been developed for the purpose of informing the citizens in the simplest and most accessible language, and that the booklet would soon be available in all departments of the Service, as well as for the citizens visiting the quick service office located on the first floor of the administrative building of the Service.
The Chief of the Service also added that a special information video had been made, that was aimed at informing the citizens about the modern programs of the Service, with the investment of which the communication between the citizen and the compulsory enforcement officer is simplified and becomes more transparent and available.
During the consultation the respective heads of the departments also got a concrete assignment to actively organize working discussions with other state bodies for regulating several issues raised in the field of enforcement practice as well as to operatively respond to each issue.
At the end of the consultation Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of RA urged to the heads of the departments of the Service to be very consistent in implementing all the given assignments.
