Today, RA Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer, Major-General of Justice Mihran Poghosyan received President of the International Union of Judicial Officers Leo Neten, Chairman of the Court of Honour of the Estonian Chamber of Bailiffs and Trustees in Bankruptcy Urmas Tarno, member of the International Union of Judicial Officers, judicial officer Mark Schmitz and the delegation headed by Chief Enforcement Director of the Swedish Enforcement Agency Eva Liedstrom Alder. They arrived in Armenia to participate in the procession to Tsitsernakaberd launched on the occasion of the centenary of the Armenian Genocide by the RA JACES on 26 April.
After the reception, the guests, accompanied by Mihran Poghosyan, visited the Museum of the RA JACES, where they got acquainted with the entire history of the establishment of the Museum and that of the Service, as well as with cooperation with international partner structures. Among the exhibited materials, individual examples of enforcement proceedings with history of more than 100 years were of special interest to the guests. Members of the delegation made notes in the register for honoured guests of the Museum.
President of the International Union of Judicial Officers Leo Neten, Chief Enforcement Director of the Swedish Enforcement Agency Eva Liedstrom Alder as a token of friendship, planted personalised fir-trees in the Friendship Park of the Service.
Representatives of the delegation visited “Heqiatayin Tnak [Fairytale House]” intended for arranging visits with children under enforcement proceedings, got acquainted with created conditions on-site.
Chief Enforcement Director of the Swedish Enforcement Agency Eva Liedstrom Alder expressed her admiration about “Heqiatayin Tnak” by mentioning that an interesting and comfortable atmosphere is created not only for children, but also for parents, which will foster the formation of good child-parent relationships. She also brought gifts with her for the visitors of “Heqiatayin Tnak”.
