On October 13-14 the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Republic of Armenia organized the second International Scientific-Practical Conference titled “Traditional and Innovative Solutions to the Problems with Compulsory Enforcement Proceedings” in Tsakhkadzor. Leo Netten — the president of the International Union of Judicial Officers — also took part in the Conference.
After returning to his country, Leo Netten sent Mihran Poghosyan — the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice — a letter of gratitude, which, particularly states the following:
“Dear Mr. Poghosyan,
I was honoured to be invited to participate in this International Conference held in Tsakhkadzor (Armenia).
I would like to thank you on behalf of the International Union of Judicial Officers and the Union Council members present at the Conference, for the excellent organisation of the Conference, as well as for the warm welcome given to me and the Union delegates from Member States. This should be considered as a model for our organisation and the delegates, yet, I doubt, that there would be a country, which will organize a conference better than you.
The discussions were particularly effective and gave a wide range of opportunities for our next training to be held in the coming months.
In addition, I convey my deep gratitude also to Mr. Armen Harutyunyan — the Deputy Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia and the whole team of the Service for the close co-operation with the International Union of Judicial Officers.
I hope to meet you in Paris at the Annual Council Meeting of the Union and during our joint conference with the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
With best wishes,
The President of the International Union of Judicial Officers
16 October 2014”
