Armenian JACES experience helps legal reforms abroad  2014-09-09 22:31

  Today the 5th International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Search for debtors and their property: national regulation and international cooperation” kicked off in the Republic of North Ossetia with the participation of the delegation headed by the Chief Compulsory Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice Mihran Poghosyan. This conference will be held in the city of Vladikavkaz from September 9 to 11.
   The previous conferences were held in Saint-Petersburg, Kazan, Voronezh and Yekaterinburg and were specific in terms of their efficiency. It should be noted that since September 8 the Chief Compulsory Officer of the Republic of Armenia has been on a working visit to the Republic of North Ossetia upon the invitation of Artur Parfenchikov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service, Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation.
   During the opening of the conference and thereafter the speakers were regularly referring to the progressive experience of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and emphasizing that it had provided a basis for the legal reforms carried out in other countries with regard to individual issues.
   In the afternoon, the conference was held under the joint chairmanship of the representatives of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, during which the delegates made presentations. In particular, law enforcement practice and regulating legislation were presented by the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, comparative analyses were made as regards legislative regulations in other countries. The delegates also answered the questions of the conference participants.
   Arthur Parfenchikov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service, Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation awarded a certificate to Gohar Kurghinyan, Head of Foreign Relations Division of JACES, for her outstanding investment in the cooperation with the Russian Service .
