JACES delegation leaves for Estonia on working visit  2013-08-20 14:13

   At the invitation of the Chamber of Judicial Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy of Estonia, the delegation led by Armen Harutyunyan, Legal Advisor to the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the RA on August 20 left for the Republic of Estonia on a four-day working visit.
   The goal of the visit is to sign agreements on cooperation in specific directions, including the exchange of experience in the field of information technologies and support to the investigation of debtors and their properties. The above-mentioned stems from the provisions of the memorandum of mutual understanding on cooperation signed between the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the MoJ of the RA and the Chamber of Judicial Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy of Estonia.
   According to the agenda, from August 20 to 23 meetings will be held in Tallinn with representatives of the Parliament, Supreme Court and Ministry of Justice of Estonia, as well as the Chamber of Judicial Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy of Estonia, during which other directions for the deepening of cooperation will be discussed.
